Europ Assistance

Europ Assistance's is a successful brand, offering quality holiday insurance and breakdown assistance across the world. There was a need to develop the UK and Ireland, which highlighted a need to train Europ Assistance's call centre Team Leaders with best practice management development techniques.

Canada Life

Positive Perspective were approached to carry out Business Development Training for the Group Insurance division of Canada Life in Bristol UK

The team was new and highly enthusiastic national team and they required focus on a number of key areas.

 
 

Travellers Life

Positive Perspective were approached to design and deliver Stress Management Briefings to all line managers at Travelers Insurance.

The Briefings were 3.5 hours in length and were successfully delivered to over 60 managers in Redhill and London over 3 months with very positive feedback.

 

Between 8 to 10 managers attended each of the interactive half day briefings.

 

UNUM

Having successfully delivered a number of other courses for UNUM, Positive Perspective were asked to develop and deliver UNUM's new Customer Feedback Procedure Workshop to all 450 members of staff at their offices in Dorking. 

Positive Perspective's remit was to develop the course, and make full use of this opportunity to Increase UNUM's soft skills standard requirements for customer feedback

Alex Reece Thomson

Since 1998, to the present, Positive Perspective  have provided a "Business Development Away Day" for the firm's Management Team, including providing a venue, assisting in the structuring of the agenda, facilitating discussions during the day, and providing action plans and minutes following the Away Day.

 

Three times a year a follow-up day is held in the London offices to monitor performance, and to review or set new targets.

 

Hewitt Associates

Positive Perspective were approached to design and deliver a package of stress management, personal development programmes.

 

These programmes Managing Personal Stress and Managing Team Stress were to be located within their internal "Structured Training and Effectiveness Programme" (STEP).

 

Managing personal stress has been successfully delivered quarterly  with very positive feedback.

 

Between 8 to 10 employees attend each of the one-day (with half day follow up) courses

 
 

SSA Global

Positive Perspective were approached, requesting an "Outplacement Programme" for a group of approximately 70 staff.

 

The staff members affected by the reorganisation within the Company were of differing grades, disciplines and skill sets. The age range and length of service was also varied.

 

Their last day within the Company was imminent.

The company chose the length; format and content of the programme that they felt most suited their needs.
