Background

Sian Posner co founded Positive Perspective in 1995 along with her husband Keith.

 

After gaining her Bachelor of Divinity degree at the University College of Wales in Aberystwyth, Sian trained as a Registered General Nurse at St George's Hospital in London.

 

As a nurse on the Intensive Care Unit, and whilst nursing terminally ill patients, Sian studied the effects of stress and distress on people's health and well being and how it impacted, or altered, their behaviour.

Sian has a natural empathy with people and combined with the skills and experience gained in nursing and counselling is a highly effective Coach able to help individuals reach their potential.

She has worked with many Positive Perspective clients particularly focussed on individual development areas  such as Presentation, Communication, Work-Life Balance and personal dynamics.
