Background

Terry is a highly skilled Learning & Development professional with many years of experience, particularly across Construction, Financial Services and Facilities Management companies.

Prior to his move into consultancy Terry established and led the training department at a number of organisations including Interserve FM Ltd and Norland Managed Services Ltd.

He draws on this experience with a wide repertoire of skills in psychometric assessment, job analysis and assessment design. His knowledge and skills also enable Terry to guide and support recruitment or development activities.

 

He has a passion for making learning fun and practical. Terry has designed and delivered a wide range of engaging exercises fro both individual and group learning and development covering management skills, communication, mentoring and coaching.

His experience encompasses the full range of management roles from growing and developing young people in their stages of management and leadership through to working with senior teams and individuals.
