Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is conducted on a one-to-one basis, with the aim of developing the strengths and reducing the weaknesses of each individual within their working environment

After an initial meeting, a flexible, needs-based plan is developed for the individual. This is continually reviewed at each coaching session and a detailed Action Plan for the following period produced. 

Strategy Planning

Identifying and agreeing the future direction of an organisation is a key function of a leadership team. Positive Perspective offers help and guidance to this process to enable all options, actions and timescales to be considered along with the associated risks and issues.


Working together the outcome may range from an Action Plan to formulate the strategy to a well constructed, complete and executable Strategcic Plan.

Change Management 


Every organisation faces change on a regular basis and Positive Perspective can help prepare your managers and leaders to handle change effectively.


Change may scale from minor process adjustments to full scale organisation transformation. The need to plan, lead and communicate the change remains key to successfully achieving the required result

Positive Perspective facilitates 2 main events to enable companies and individuals to discuss new thinking and approaches relevant in business.


These sessions provide an opportunity to consider  current business and individual challenges, and potentially gain useful input and ideas to move forward. 


Positive Perspective know how unsupported people can feel as a result of redundancy and provides support for individuals and organisations requiring management counselling and careers advice.

As part of the Outplacement Service Positive Perspective offers a single point of contact for each referred person.


Help is offered at two levels (employed or self-employed) providing support with face-to-face meetings.
